Situated in a prime residential area of Gurgaon, this project encompasses a breakthrough in typical builder floor typology with its facilitated double-height volumes on the northern facade. The idea of integrating interiors, architecture, and construction transforms the internal and external spaces within a single built mass. Being developed and designed by our studio, it ensures that the unification of segregated units within a single plot is portrayed well on the
exterior with the use of binding elements which maintain the individuality
of the units.
