The Triumvirate Villa captures the essence of rooting our client’s family deeply into the Indian culture of living and growing together. The potential of three consolidated plots made the project realization feasible.
The concept of shared conglomerate spaces between the large family encapsulated the core of the residence. It gradually drove the design approach from the inside out, keeping the centrally located dining and living lounges independent with high volumes. The flexible design maintains the individuality of all three buildings yet integrating them into one mass simultaneously. Designed for a gathering of more than 150 people on the unified uppermost floor and terrace garden, it can exceed if necessary.
On the exterior, the colors and materiality conspire with the unique form of physical rectilinear frames to achieve an Indian essence. The earthy framing around the lounge area highlights the cantilevered reflective glass to evoke an emotion of floating while prioritizing the privacy of its residents.
